Exabytes Group of Companies in Malaysia is seeking Cybersecurity Interns to join our Security Operations Center in Puchong, Selangor. This paid internship offers hands-on experience in threat monitoring, incident investigations, and security assessments as part of real-world cyber defense.

You will learn from seasoned SOC analysts, work with security tools, and gain practical skills that could lead to a full-time SOC Analyst role.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or Computer Science.
• Strong interest in cybersecurity and SOC operations.
• Basic networking and security concepts knowledge.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on internship.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Security Event Monitoring alongside SOC Analysts.
• Support Incident Investigations by analyzing threats and documenting findings.
• Conduct basic Security Assessments, vulnerability scans, and checks.
• Participate in Cybersecurity Research and Training to stay updated.
• Contribute to SOC Operations and Security Awareness initiatives.
