Job summary

Pro Life Medical Supplies Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Warehouse Picker & Packer to join our Ipoh, Perak team. You will pick items from shelves, check accuracy, and pack orders for dispatch, ensuring quality and inventory integrity.

You will also prepare shipping documents, label correctly, assist with stock checks, use barcode scanners or WMS where applicable, and maintain a clean, safe warehouse. Prior warehousing experience is an advantage; Bahasa Malaysia and/or English communication is helpful.

• Basic computer skills; experience with barcode scanners or WMS is an advantage.
• Able to check product details carefully and maintain accuracy when handling orders.
• Physically fit to stand, walk, and handle goods for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Pick products from warehouse shelves according to order lists and ensure correct items and quantities.
• Pack products securely using appropriate packaging to prevent damage.
• Check product condition, quantities, labels, and order details before shipment.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices and packing lists as required.
• Apply correct shipping labels and ensure orders are ready for dispatch.

• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and packing area.

Job description

We are looking for a Warehouse Picker & Packer to join our team. You will be responsible for picking, checking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment while ensuring inventory accuracy, product quality, and smooth daily warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

Pick products from warehouse shelves according to order lists and ensure the correct items, quantities, and product details.

Pack products securely using suitable packaging materials to prevent damage during transportation.

Check product condition, quantities, labels, and order details before shipment.

Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices and packing lists, where required.

Apply correct shipping labels and ensure orders are properly packed and ready for dispatch.

Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and maintaining accurate stock records.

Report stock shortages, discrepancies, damaged products, and other issues to the supervisor.

Use barcode scanners, handheld devices, or warehouse systems to track stock and process orders, where applicable.

Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse and packing area.

About you

Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, picking, packing, or order fulfilment is an advantage.

Basic computer skills; experience using barcode scanners or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage.

Able to check product details carefully and maintain accuracy when handling orders.

Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and handle goods for extended periods as required.
