Job summary

SEN KEE FOOD TRADING SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced outlet supervisor to lead daily operations, manage staff, stock, and customer service. You will ensure SOP compliance, coordinate weekly schedules, and monitor invoices and reports while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

The role involves interviewing candidates, orientating new staff, and collaborating with the Area Manager to meet deadlines, with a focus on consistent quality and timely reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide outlet team members in daily operations.
• Ensure smooth operations including manpower, stock availability and device functionality.
• Submit complete daily closing reports.
• Maintain customer satisfaction with food quality and service.
• Collect and act on customer feedback promptly.
• Review stock orders before submission to the Order Group.
• Assist in interviewing candidates when required.
• Provide orientation and brief staff on the handbook.
• Monitor weekly and daily stock and sales data for accuracy.
• Arrange weekly staff schedules and submit to Area Manager by deadline.
• Ensure invoices, sales reports, punch cards and monthly forms are organized by date and supplier.
• Submit attendance and amended schedules monthly to Area Manager.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Plan and implement new procedures with the team.
• Manage all outlet functions and uphold high operational standards.
• Delegate responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide training and direction to staff for daily operations.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and company policies.
• Build positive relationships with district staff and address needs.
• Perform any other duties as required by supervisor and Management.

Job description

-Leads and provides guidance to team members/staffs in daily operation.

-Ensure operation run smoothly which includes manpower required, availability of stock and all devices in the outlet are well functioning.

-Ensure daily closing report were submitted completely.

-Ensure customers are satisfied in terms of food quality and service.

-Get feedback from customers in regards to food quality and / or service promptly and effectively.

-Summarize and check stock order before submit in Order Group in timely manner.

-Involve in interviewing candidates when required.

-Brief employee handbook and give orientation to new staffs.

-Check weekly and daily stock & sales and ensure all information updated is correct.

-Arrange weekly schedule and submit to Area Manager according to the deadline.

-Ensure all invoices, sales report, punch card & monthly forms are arranged according to date and supplier.

-Submit attendance and amended schedule to Area Manager every month according to the deadline given.

-Maintain our high standards of cleanliness & safety.

-Assist in the planning and implementation of new procedures and to work closely with team members.

-Manage and assume responsibility for all functions of outlets and ensure that high standards of operations are consistently adhered to.

-Plans, identifies, communicates, and delegates appropriate responsibilities and practices to team members to ensure smooth flow of operations.

-Provides training and direction to the team members to ensure a smooth daily operation.

-Ensures team members adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

-Develops and maintains positive relationships with team members in the district by understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs and concerns.

-Any other ad hoc duties as and when required by immediate superior and Management.
