As part of EPOS’ strategic expansion into the Malaysian market, we are building a dynamicOutdoor Sales Representative (also known as Account Manager)to drive our ambitious growth plans.

Job Summary

This role offers clear progression for individuals who perform well and are keen to grow within the payment and fintech industry. You will focus on bringing new merchants on board for our payment gateway solutions.

You will be out meeting merchants, explaining how our payment solutions work, and supporting them from onboarding to daily usage. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys on-the-ground sales, building relationships, and helping merchants grow through better payment experiences.

This is what your job scope will be…

  • Visit and approach merchants on the ground through cold calling, walk-ins, and inbound leads.
  • Explain and promote payment gateway solutions.
  • Clearly explain pricing, transaction fees, and settlement timelines to merchants.
  • Assist merchants with onboarding, including deployment.
  • Maintain relationships with assigned merchants to ensure active usage.
  • Follow up on payment issues and help resolve basic problems.
Internal Coordination
  • Provide regular updates on merchant progress and on-ground feedback.
Requirements

  • You have previous work experience (Ideally 2 years), sales pitching to customer on products, solution or services.
  • Fresh graduates with strong drive and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
  • You have good understanding & connections in various merchants, F&B or / and retail industries.
  • You are outgoing and proactively seek opportunities to drive sales.
  • You are a fantastic communicator and have strong ability to influence.
  • You’re driven, motivated and committed to success.
  • You’re enthusiastic and willing to learn.
