Job summary

CIMed Healthcare Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Associate Business Development Manager to lead development, commercialization, and expansion of our orthopaedic and medical device portfolio.

You will drive new business opportunities, product development, and market expansion across government and private healthcare channels, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, and international principals to achieve sustained revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical devices, orthopaedics or surgical products.
• Experience in healthcare business development or product management.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into commercial execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead new and existing product development, including market assessment, product sourcing, opportunity evaluation, business case development, and commercial feasibility.
• Manage end-to-end commercialization of assigned products, including key implant lines.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, product launches, and market-development plans.
• Identify new products, technologies, international principals, and strategic partnership opportunities.
• Develop relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, KOLs, hospitals and healthcare stakeholders.
• Drive HCP adoption and product utilization through clinical education and case development.
• Develop new accounts and expand opportunities across government and private markets.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, and internal stakeholders to translate strategies into execution.
• Manage relationships with international principals and strategic partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and emerging technologies.
