Organization Change Management (OCM) Consultant
ROLE SUMMARY
As a Management Consultant, you will be part of the core team of global consultants working alongside some of the most experienced consultants, who believe in partnering in the growth of our clients.
Job Description
- Build and execute organisation's Change Management strategy with confidence, synthesise numerous analytic efforts to draw meaningful conclusions, identify implications for recommendations, and achieve client buy-in. Change Strategy
- Understand and have hands‑on experience on various Change Management frameworks and methodologies. Drive a rigorous and structured approach for identifying and solving business problems that leads to strategic insights. Understanding on PROSCI or any other change framework
- Interact comfortably with C‑Suite and senior management levels at the client side – present analysis and recommendations, facilitate workshops, and negotiate or influence on significant matters. Leadership alignment and connects
- Deliver effective and engaging presentations, with conformity to language and tone based on prescribed guidelines. Presentation Skills
- Have extensive exposure in performing the Change Management activities, Stakeholder Engagements, Communication, Change Agent Network, Business Readiness, Learning & Development demonstrated through real‑life case examples.
- Track record on driving stakeholder engagement, creating engagement and communication strategies, and executing communication in an innovative way using digital channels and social influencers. Communication
- An understanding of Business Process development methodologies and how to‑be operating models can be developed with facilitation.
- Analytical and detailed approach, questioning assumptions and challenging initial answers.
- Able to lead the Learning & Development stream, implementing gamification and modern learning methods focused on innovation rather than traditional classroom learning. Training
- Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders within the TCS account teams. Internal Team Alignment
- Possess experience in business development to support consulting‑led sales opportunities. Consulting led sales
- Understand basics of Agile, IoT, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning – enabling culture changes in these ecosystems and driving Industry 4.0 enablers. Industry experience and Culture Change
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Business and Management Consulting.
- ERP Transformation experience will be important.
- Bachelor's in Engineering with a Post Graduate Degree from a prestigious Business School (MBA or PGDBM or equivalent MS program).
- Certification in Change Management is a plus.
- Acquaintance to any Global language is a plus.
- Ability to work outside your comfort zone and ready to travel across multiple geographies – India, Middle East, Africa, Australia, Asia Pacific, UK and Europe.
