Job summary

Daikin Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is looking for two full-time positions in Petaling Jaya.

The ideal candidate will assist in the billing process, including generating orders, invoices, and credit notes, while ensuring accurate revenue recognition. They will also extract reports to gain insights into order management and assist with goods receipts for incoming goods. Strong communication and time management skills are essential, and familiarity with SAP is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in business/logistics or equivalent field.
• Experienced in order management and familiarity with SAP would be advantageous.
• Possess strong communication skills, time management and sense of urgency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist in billing process including generating orders, invoices, and credit notes.
• Extract reports to gain insights into order management.
• Assist in performing goods receipts for incoming goods.
• Prepare delivery orders and coordinate with transporters and suppliers.
• Work closely with departments to address special requests or changes in orders.
• Handle other ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

Job description

Assist in billing process, including generating orders, invoices, credit note and ensuring accurate revenue recognition.

Extract reports to gain insights into order management.

Assist in performing goods receipts for all incoming goods and verifying quantity and ensure the goods are in good condition and GR for subcontract costs.

Preparing delivery order for finished goods & spare parts, coordinate with transporter and supplier to ensure smooth delivery.

Work closely with relevant departments to address any special requests or changes in orders to ensure timely order processing.

Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

Qualifications:
