Rolling Arrays is seeking a Functional Interface Designer based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will be responsible for producing integration design documentation for Oracle HCM implementations, ensuring precise requirements elicitation and robust testing for seamless integrations.
The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of functional experience in Oracle HCM, emphasizing developer-usable field mapping documents. This role offers opportunities for career progression within a supportive and collaborative culture.
A functional Interface Designer produces the specification that determines whether an integration works the first time or goes through five defect cycles. If your Interface Design Documents are precise enough that a developer can build from them without a single clarifying question, and your integration test cases catch edge cases before UAT, this is your workstream.

We specialise in SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and Workday across the full delivery spectrum: HR process design and consulting (ALIGN), technology implementation (AUTOMATE), change management and adoption (ADOPT), and managed support services (AMS).
RAC is hiring a Functional Interface Designer to produce integration design documentation for Oracle HCM implementations. This is a functional — not a developer — role. You will map HR data flows between Oracle HCM and third‑party systems, produce Interface Design Documents, support integration testing, and maintain the interface inventory for your assigned engagement.
Interface design is a delivery‑critical workstream at RAC — not a task assigned to a developer with a functional note attached. You will build a rare functional‑integration skill set across Oracle HCM's full suite of integration patterns, with a clear pathway to Senior Interface Designer and Integration Workstream Lead.
2-3 years of Oracle HCM or HRIS functional experience with integration exposure on at least one implementation project — has contributed to or produced IDDs in a delivery context; Demonstrated ability to produce complete, developer‑usable field mapping documents; Working knowledge of Oracle HCM data model — knows what fields are available for integration across Core HR, Absence, Payroll, and Talent modules; Experience working alongside OIC or middleware developers and understanding what they need from a functional specification to build without re‑engagement; Integration test case development experience.
