Job summary

Elabram is seeking a plant operator in Malaysia to run washing processes for refined oil, biodiesel, or oleochemical products. The role involves operating washing units, ensuring product specifications are met, and following MSDS safety guidelines.

You will monitor temperatures, flows, pH, and interface levels using control panels and field instruments, and perform routine inspections on equipment to maintain plant reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience operating washing/processing units is preferred.
• Ability to monitor process parameters and adjust as needed.
• Knowledge of safety and MSDS guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate washing plant units including neutralization, water washing, separators, centrifuges, or scrubbers.
• Monitor operating parameters (temperature, flow rate, pH, oil/water interface levels) via control panels and field instruments.
• Ensure washing process meets specifications for refined oil, biodiesel, or oleochemicals.
• Handle chemicals safely in accordance with MSDS and company guidelines.
• Conduct routine inspections of centrifuges, pumps, tanks, pipelines, and associated equipment.
