Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology is seeking a factory production operator to ensure smooth manufacturing of high quality products. The role focuses on output, quality, safety and housekeeping in a cleanroom environment in line with department guidelines.

Responsibilities include following specifications and work instructions, passing down information to the next shift, training new entrants, and participating in continuous improvement activities to support efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Capable of lifting up to 20 kg.
• Willing to work in a cleanroom with jumpsuits, helmet and safety shoes.
• Willing to work shift and OT if required.

Responsibilities

• Produce manufacturing output according to schedule and specifications.
• Maintain quality, on-time delivery and housekeeping in the line.
• Assist in process improvement and safety initiatives.
• Provide passdown to the next shift and report abnormalities.
• Comply with work instructions and drawings.

Job Summary:

Responsible for manufacturing production output, quality, on-time delivery, process improvement, safety and housekeeping in the manufacturing line to manufacture high quality products for customers with the objective of ensuring smooth business operations within department guidelines, work protocols and corporate policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform processes according to schedule and required specifications, drawings, and work instructions
• Ensure full and efficient passdown to the next shift.
• Highlight any problems or abnormalities
• Provide training activities for new comer (buddy system)
• Take part in continuous improvement activities
• Perform housekeeping, adhere to manufacturing discipline and cleanroom protocol
• Support any relevant ad hoc duties and tasking assign by the superior

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Able to work independently
• Able to speak and write simple English
• Able to read and interpret basic Engineering drawing
• Team player with good problem solving skills
• Basic computer literacy

Educational/Certification Requirement:

• At least SPM for Malaysian or equivalent cert.

Experience Requirement:

• Able to carry heavy loads (up to 20Kg) ·
• Must be willing to work in the cleanroom environment: wearing jumpsuits, safety helmet and safety shoes
• Must be willing to work shift work and OT if required

Work Experience:

• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred or prior working experience in manufacturing environment
• 2 years of working experience in the related field would be an advantage • 1-2 years working in machine shop, assembly clean rooms. Semi-Conductor and/or similar industry

• Required to have visual acuity to perform assigned tasks

Environmental Exposure:

• Required to wear personal protective equipment
• Subject to hazards including electrical current, moving mechanical parts, exposure to chemicals and debris.
• Required to have visual acuity to perform assigned tasks.

Overnight Travel:

• Work may require out of town travel depending upon assignment (training and meeting).
