Job summary

Talent Recruit in Batu Kawan Industrial Park, Penang, seeks a Manufacturing Operator to support daily production tasks and machine operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will set up and operate a range of machines, monitor parameters, perform basic maintenance, and ensure quality and GMP compliance. The role offers full-time permanent employment with training and an attractive 13th month salary, plus two shifts: 7:30 AM–3:30 PM and 3:30 PM–11:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; at least 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Physically fit to stand long hours (10-12 hours per shift) and lift up to 12 kg.
• Basic arithmetic skills, computer literacy, and ability to follow instructions in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong teamwork attitude with willingness to learn and perform a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Comply with EHS regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO standards, and maintain 5S workplace organization.

Benefits:

• Basic Salary: RM 2,600 – RM 3,800 / month (13-month salary)

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (First Shift: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM | Second Shift: 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM)
• Comprehensive training and certifications provided (General Safety, Chemical Handling, Visual Inspection, etc.).
