Job summary

onsemi is seeking a Hardware MS responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of probe card hardware, production equipment, and related peripherals to ensure stable system performance and minimize downtime.

The role requires a 5S discipline, cleanroom safety compliance, and readiness for shift-based work. Candidates should have SPM or polytechnic engineering certificates and knowledge of semiconductor equipment; experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• SPM or related polytechnic certificates required.
• Engineering certificate in electronics/electrical/mechatronics or similar.
• Experience in preventive maintenance in manufacturing.
• Experience in semiconductor/cleanroom equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for manufacturing & maintenance and general work on shift basis.
• Perform preventive maintenance & routine tasks.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting, minor repair on wafer manufacturing equipment.
• Perform daily 5S.
• Adhere to safety rules & regulations in a cleanroom environment.
• Support ad-hoc activities assigned by supervisor / shift leader from time to time.
• Suggest ideas and/or participate in equipment continuous improvement project.
