Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking operators to support our production line in Malaysia. You will prepare raw materials, operate production machines, and monitor quality to prevent adulteration while maintaining packaging standards. You will also assist with internal material transfers and collaborate with QC to address any issues.

Candidates should be able to follow guided procedures, work as part of a team, and maintain a clean, safe workspace on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production environment is preferred.
• Ability to follow guided procedures and quality checks.
• Comfort with manual handling of materials and basic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare raw materials using manual and semi-automatic machinery.
• Operate production machines according to set rules and techniques.
• Ensure material quality by checking processes and guarding against adulteration.
• Package materials using semi-automatic equipment into specified packaging.
• Clean and maintain all production equipment and work area.
• Assist Warehouse with internal transfer of materials and finished goods.
• Liaise with QC Technician Operator to address quality issues and implement countermeasures.

• a) Preparation of raw materials using manual and semi-automatic machinery to be used in the production.
• b) Operating the production machines with guided rules and techniques.
• c) Take care of the quality of material being produced in terms of process and material adulteration.
• d) Take care of material packaging using semi-automatic machinery into desired packaging material.
• e) Cleaning up and maintaining all the production related equipment clean and ready for production.
• f) Support the Warehouse in the transfer of raw materials and finished goods internally.
• g) Liaise with QC Technician Operator on quality problems and take the necessary counter measures to prevent recurrent.
• h) Report process malfunction to the Production Shift Leader.
