Job summary

Bio-Nanosciences (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Operations and Warehouse Executive to support order fulfilment, inventory control, warehousing and logistics operations. This role ensures customer orders are processed accurately, stock records remain reliable and products are stored in GDP-friendly conditions.

You will manage order processing, packing, shipment coordination, goods receiving, and weekly stock counts, while upholding SOPs, documentation controls and a safe, tidy warehouse.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics, order fulfilment or inventory control preferred.
• Fresh graduates with a responsible attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with inventory, invoicing or enterprise resource planning systems is an advantage.
• Good numerical accuracy, organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Able to investigate discrepancies systematically and maintain accurate documentation.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with other departments.
• Knowledge of GDP or experience in healthcare/health supplement industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and verify stock availability to support accurate, timely fulfilment.
• Pack and ship goods securely, with correct courier information and records.
• Receive incoming stock and verify against delivery documents; report discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate stock inventory records and perform weekly counts.
• Assist e-commerce team with order packing and invoicing during peak periods.
• Follow GDP procedures and SOPs; identify and implement operational improvements.
