Job summary

HYDAC Technology Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a Store Assistant to maintain accurate inventory, manage stock, perform regular stock takes and prepare items for shipment. You will operate forklifts and coordinate with departments on stock transfers.

Qualifications

• Preferably 2 years in a related field.
• Basic packing skills.
• Able to operate forklifts and handle materials safely.
• Proficient in SQL and ERP software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of store items.
• Receive, pull stock, store, and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Examine stock and dispose of depreciated and obsolete stock following the organization's policy.
• Responsible for stock control and housekeeping operations of warehouse cargo and items.
• Responsible for the maintenance of inventory of parts and equipment on hand.
• Performing regular stock take.
• Pick and Pack.
• To ensure stock are properly packed for shipment.
• To work with the various departments on stocks transfer / request.
• Monitor and maintain records of inventories up to date.
• Keep documentation of materials and supplies issued.
• Operate forklift to move goods around warehouse and for loading/unloading.
• Performing end-of-day warehouse cleaning duties.
• Warehouse floor is organized according to established guidelines.
• To perform other appropriate duties from time to time assigned by supervisor.
