Job summary

Car Revolution Holding (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an operations assistant to support commissions, stock management, and after-sales tasks in a retail setting. The role involves coordinating with sales, after-sales, operations, and technical departments to improve efficiency and maintain a clean workspace.

You will document SOPs, assist in replenishment, conduct stock audits, and follow up with customers on transactions.

Responsibilities

• Implement commission strategy to improvise technician working efficiency.
• Manage stock audits, after-sales, and stock returns.
• Document SOP and employee handbook.
• Assist in stock or equipment replenishment.
• Follow up with customers regarding completed or pending transactions.
• Manage staff welfare, including monthly gatherings and employee birthdays.
• Enhance workspace standards and promote a culture of cleanliness.
• Initiate monthly meetings involving sales, after-sales, operations, and technical departments, marketing.
• Summarise daily report (Daily Target, Daily Follow Up, Daily Inventory Status, Daily Talent KPI. Possible Improvement
• Organise stock and display neatly to ensure a pleasant shop environment and efficient sales process.
• Help out in smoothing pre-sales, post-sales and ad hoc operational task.
