Job description

Responsibilities

• To involve in documentation and filling.
• To handle stock ordering and returning, sales submission and stock take for stockist and branches.
• To follow up stockist’s outstanding payment and credit limit.
• To handle new membership application.
• To render assistance in company mega event and roadshow.
• To handle new stockist training.
• To assist in monitoring daily operations and e-commence at HQ, stockists and branches to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor stockists and branches stock movement and consignment stock ensuring proper inventory management.
• Provide operational guidance and support to stockists and branches personnel.
• To assist in resolving operational issues, customer complaints and disputes involving stockists.
• To handle correspondence with stockist inclusive letter and internal memorandum writing.
• To handle satisfaction survey of branches.
