Job summary

Parker Hannifin Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operations Manager to lead all production activities at the Shah Alam site. You will drive lean execution, talent development, and cross-functional alignment to achieve safety, regulatory, quality, and delivery targets.

The role requires 6–8 years in an overhaul/repair or related manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on leadership and continuous improvement. Extensive coordination across functions is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex issues.
• Proven leadership qualities to guide and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee day to day operations to ensure timely, efficient and high-quality maintenance activities.
• Monitor production schedules, capacity and resources to meet turnaround time (TAT) and delivery commitments.
• Maximize productivity by managing manpower planning, workflow balancing and shift performance tracking.
• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance across maintenance activities.
• Build and mentor a high performing team with performance reviews and career development.
