Job summary

Maersk in Malaysia, Shah Alam, is seeking an experienced Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and logistics activities, including inbound/outbound, inventory control, and order fulfilment. You will ensure smooth receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping, while driving safety and compliance.

You will lead a team, coach staff, monitor KPIs, prepare operational reports, and collaborate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Practical experience using SAP in logistics, warehouse, or inventory management functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily warehouse and logistics activities, including inbound, outbound, inventory control, and order fulfilment.
• Ensure smooth execution of receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
• Maintain and optimize WMS operations to ensure inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
