Job summary

CGC Digital Sdn Bhd invites applications for an Internship in Growth Tower, Operations Team. The role offers hands-on experience in streamlining business operations for digital financing and digital guarantees, with a focus on automation and data quality.

You will collaborate with professionals to identify inefficiencies, develop automation solutions using Microsoft tools, and implement process improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
• Basic understanding of data pipelines (ETL) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Interest in process improvement, automation and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze existing back-office workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Assist in designing and implementing automation solutions using Microsoft Tools (Power Automate, Power Query, Power Pivot).
• Collaborate on VBA Macros and API integration for seamless data exchange.
• Document process improvements, create technical specifications, and user manuals.
• Conduct testing and validation of automated solutions for functionality and accuracy.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align improvements with business objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate performance of solutions and suggest enhancements.
