Citi invites graduates in Malaysia to join a two-year Analyst Program in Operations, designed to develop leadership, analytical thinking and risk awareness. You will work with Operations teams to improve processes, enhance client experiences and deliver efficient execution.

The program provides structured training, mentorship and exposure to operations optimization, data analytics and digitalization. Applicants should be in their final year (graduating 2026) with a 2:1 GPA 3.0 or higher;
