Job summary

Proxymity, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking a proactive Operations professional to manage Proxy Voting processes and client support. You will collaborate with global hubs, handle workload planning, and contribute to continuous improvement projects within a fast-growth scale-up.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete Proxy Voting processes and control activities in line with procedures and policies.
• Ensure Proxy Voting assigned queries are managed in accordance with KPIs.
• Understand and track current and future workloads and execute daily tasks with a client-focused approach.
• Work with global operations hubs and internal stakeholders; challenge the status quo when needed.
• Identify opportunities for process, platform and control environment improvements.
• Participate in improvement projects and support change agenda.
