Job summary

The Branding People Sdn Bhd, a Malaysia-based digital marketing agency, is seeking an organised operations coordinator to keep device provisioning, status monitoring, and inventory control running smoothly. You will coordinate daily provisioning, track usage, renewals, and ensure records are accurate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily provisioning requests with the relevant team.
• Monitor device status to keep devices active and ready for use.

• Monitor plans, account status, usage levels and expiries for renewals.
• Coordinate handover of devices for verification and next-stage processing.
• Reclaim, reset and prepare devices for the next cycle (wipe & reinstall apps).
• Maintain accurate records of devices, connectivity, inventory and status.

You'll be responsible for keeping device operations running smoothly — from coordinating daily provisioning requests and monitoring device status, to managing inventory. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured routines, tracking numbers and inventory, following processes, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What You'll Be Crafting

• Coordinate daily provisioning requests with the relevant team to support account setup and operational activities.

• Monitor device status regularly to ensure all operational devices remain active, functional, and ready for use.

• Track connectivity resource inventory, arrange timely replenishment, and prepare new resources ahead of operational needs.

• Monitor connectivity plans, account status, usage levels, and expiry dates across operational devices, ensuring timely top-ups or renewals.

• Coordinate the handover of devices that have completed their operational cycle for verification and next-stage processing.

• Reclaim, reset, and prepare devices for their next cycle, including device wiping and reinstalling required applications.

• Maintain accurate records of device, connectivity, inventory, and operational status to ensure smooth daily operations.

Your Superpowers

• 0–2 years of experience in operations, administration, inventory coordination, device management, or a similar role.

• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.

• Detail-oriented with good attention to numbers, records, and operational status.

• Comfortable working with repetitive and structured processes while maintaining accuracy.

• Organised and able to keep track of multiple devices, inventories, and deadlines.

• Proactive in identifying issues, following up, and completing tasks before they become urgent.

• Adaptive and comfortable working in a routine/structured environment.
