Job summary

C.I. FOOD SDN BHD, a growing non-halal food manufacturer in Plentong, Johor, seeks a proactive candidate for Purchasing/HR & Admin roles. You will assist the HOD with daily tasks, coordinate departmental activities, and support report preparation and data analysis.

Ideal applicants hold a Diploma or higher in related fields, are proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, and are prepared to start immediately with own transport. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Good attitude, responsible, hardworking, and eager to learn.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin; Mandarin for supplier communication.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Able to work independently and support daily admin tasks.
• Must possess own transport and be eligible to work in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head of Department in daily tasks and reporting.
• Coordinate department activities and documentation.
• Perform data entry and data analysis.
• Prepare reports for management with timely, accurate analysis.
• Ensure SOPs are followed in daily operations.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by HOD.
