Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a highly adaptable Non-Financial Risk Specialist to strengthen Operational and Non-Financial Risk Management across the organization. You will design and enhance risk frameworks, governance, and reporting to ensure a strong control environment in line with regulatory expectations.

You will advise business functions, support digital transformation, and drive enterprise-wide risk initiatives including RCSA, KRI, and outsourcing governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Business, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• 2-8 years of relevant experience in Operational Risk and/or Non-Financial Risk Management within banking/financial services.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements including RMiT and Outsourcing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain forward-looking risk frameworks aligned with regulatory expectations.
• Advise business and support functions on Operational and Non-Financial Risk matters.
• Produce high-quality risk reporting for senior management and governance bodies.
• Drive risk governance, policies, and a consistent risk culture across the bank.
• Lead third-party risk management and technology/cyber risk integration.
• Operationalize risk assessment for new products and business initiatives.
