Job summary

Ryt Bank seeks a proactive Non-Financial Risk Specialist to strengthen operational risk governance as we scale Malaysia's first AI-powered digital bank. You will design and enhance risk frameworks and reporting to support safe, compliant growth across the organization.

You will partner with the Risk Lead and cross-functional teams to drive RCSA, KRI, outsourcing and technology risk initiatives, while fostering a strong risk culture and timely senior management reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of BNM regulatory requirements including RMiT, outsourcing, risk governance.
• Hands-on experience with RCSA, KRI development/reporting and incident management.
• Exposure to ESG risk management and digital banking environments.

Responsibilities

• Support Operational & Non-Financial Risk across the bank and drive enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Develop, maintain and enhance risk frameworks, governance, and reporting aligned with BNM.
• Advise business and support functions on risk matters and enable safe digital growth.
