Jora Malaysia seeks an experienced Enterprise Risk Management professional to implement and maintain risk policies and risk appetite frameworks across the bank. You will establish risk taxonomy and engage senior management to define appetite limits and action triggers.

This role involves implementing and maintaining Enterprise Risk Management Policy and Risk Appetite Framework Policy, establishing risk taxonomy and risk appetite statements bank-wide, and facilitating engagement with senior management to establish risk appetite limits and management action triggers.
Implement and maintain Enterprise Risk Management Policy and Risk Appetite Framework Policy
Establish and implement risk taxonomy and risk appetite statement for the bank wide
Facilitate engagement with senior management team to establish and implement risk appetite limits and management action triggers monitoring for escalation of any breach of threshold to MRCC, BRCC and Board
Develop risk dashboard and consolidate data from data owners for monthly and quarterly reporting
Monitor, track, validate and report breaches and mitigation measures to MRCC, BRCC and Board
Review the accuracy and relevance, challenging any inconsistencies in the reporting by 1st LOD departments and ensure due escalation is performed whenever limits or thresholds are breached
Review of all new/revised outsourcing risk assessment and agreements submitted by Outsourcing Owners
Conduct Risk Appetite and Enterprise Risk Management training and provide guidance to Business Units
Undertake non-financial risk projects or initiatives that are related to the role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
At least 7 years of Enterprise Risk Management experience with any Financial Institution
Strong knowledge of risk identification, assessment and frameworks
Strong presentation skills and ability to work under pressure
