Private Advertiser is seeking a highly organized regional support professional to act as a liaison between the Regional Manager, branch managers, and Head Office. You will manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare documents, and arrange travel to ensure smooth operations at the regional office.
The role covers training material prep, market research, proposals, compliance, and performance monitoring across branches, with occasional travel to Head Office.
Act as the main liaison between the Regional Manager, branch managers, and Head Office departments.
Handle all administrative tasks for the Regional Manager, including managing his calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and making travel arrangements.
Assist in the preparation of memos, circulars, and instructions for the rollout of new policies, initiatives, and operational guidelines.
Coordinate and support the Regional Manager in market research, proposal writing, and special projects/initiatives.
Handle general office administrative duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the Regional Office.
Assist in preparing training materials and presentations for branch staff.
Support the Regional Manager in conducting training sessions, workshops, or briefings on new policies, products, and compliance requirements.
Track and consolidate sales and operational performance across branches.
Monitor key metrics for personal financing applications and service standards.
Prepare performance reports for incentive payment calculations and support the Regional Manager in ensuring fairness and accuracy.
Identify gaps in processes and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Assist the Regional Manager in conducting market studies, competitor analysis, and developing proposals for new initiatives.
Coordinate with Head Office teams (Credit, Compliance, HR, IT, etc.) for smooth implementation of regional strategies.
Ensure branch operations comply with internal policies, regulatory standards, and audit requirements.
Support the Regional Manager in periodic compliance reviews and follow-up actions.
Travel to branches and Head Office as required to support implementation, audits, training, or operational troubleshooting.
Provide on-site assistance to ensure smooth execution of regional strategies and initiatives.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in financial services, banking, or cooperative/personal financing.
Strong organizational skills, able to manage calendars, meetings, and travel logistics.
Skilled in report writing, memo drafting, and business proposal preparation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; detail-oriented and resourceful.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with performance tracking tools is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
Proactive, organized, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
Willing to travel within the region and to Head Office as required.
