Qualifications

• 10+ years of transformation experience in a similar role.
• Experience supporting business projects and improvement initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Lean Six Sigma consultants on day-to-day project management.
• Upskill resources on Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive results.
• Validate process maps and identify gaps or issues requiring improvement.
• Build relationships with senior leaders and drive cross-functional innovation programs.
• Analyze data to provide executive insights and evidence-based recommendations.
• Design long-term transformation plans and present improvement proposals.
• Coordinate project plans with multiple stakeholders to test and implement changes.
• Deliver changes through presentations, documentation, and training.
• Collaborate with change teams to support delivery and measure impact.
