Brooks Automation Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Senior Talent Attraction Partner based in Johor Bahru to lead end-to-end recruitment across Malaysia, including engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, IT, and finance.

The role requires independent leadership, multiple requisitions, and strong relationships with hiring leaders globally. The successful candidate will blend technical recruiting expertise with stakeholder management to support Brooks’ growth in manufacturing,

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, automation, semiconductor, electronics, or supply chain.
• Strong track record hiring engineers, manufacturing, IT and operations.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across countries/time zones.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing decisions.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across Malaysia including Johor Bahru.
• Develop recruitment strategies with hiring managers and business leaders globally.
• Conduct intake discussions to understand requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Screen, interview, assess, and negotiate offers while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics and drive process improvements.
