Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (SPM/'O' Level) required.
• 1-2 years of proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficiency in production monitoring to ensure efficient workflow and output.
• Strong understanding and application of quality control procedures to maintain product standards.
• Experience with assembly line work, operating machinery and manual assembly tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret production schedules and work instructions.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures within a manufacturing setting.
• Willingness to work full-time, onsite, and adhere to company schedules and policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation, adhering to established production schedules and targets.
• Perform routine quality control checks on products throughout the manufacturing process, identifying and reporting defects or deviations from quality standards.
• Follow assembly line procedures meticulously, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks to maintain workflow and production output.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot production issues, suggest process improvements, and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
• Accurately record production data, including quantities produced, materials used, and downtime or issues encountered, for reporting and analysis purposes.
• Assist in setup, calibration, and basic maintenance of production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize disruptions.
