• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and machinery manuals

Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures and safety protocols
• Conducting regular inspections of machinery to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues before they impact production
• Recording production data, including output quantities, machine performance metrics and any incidents or malfunctions
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area in compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards
• Performing routine maintenance tasks and assisting with equipment servicing as required
• Following quality control procedures to ensure products meet specification requirements and company standards
• Responding promptly to machine malfunctions and reporting issues to supervisors or maintenance teams
• Adhering strictly to all health, safety and environmental regulations applicable to the manufacturing facility
• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets and maintain workflow efficiency
• Participating in training sessions to develop skills and stay updated with new procedures or equipment
