Job summary

Incora Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Onsite Representative Lead to manage on-site inventory, handle customer service, and ensure accuracy and compliance at the Serendah site.

You will coordinate receiving, inspection, replenishment, stock counting, and 3PL activities, drive OTD targets, support audits, and work with procurement and quality teams to validate changes. This is a fully onsite role requiring strong collaboration with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain activities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Ability to manage customer day-to-day issues and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily inventory activities including receiving, inspection, replenishment, stock counting, and 3PL activities.
• Handle day-to-day customer issues within the CMS Program and communicate between Incora and customer personnel.
• Coordinate 3PL and supplier deliveries at the customer site, resolve discrepancies and non-conforming items.
• Meet targets for safety, on-time delivery, acceptance rate, cycle counting, and inventory accuracy.
• Support audits, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
