Job summary

Intel in Malaysia, Penang, seeks an Engineering graduate to join our on-site manufacturing team, owning high-volume equipment and processes for rapid device production.

You will conduct tests, drive improvements, and support technology transfer across global sites while ensuring safety, quality, and cost targets are met. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• Fresh graduates encouraged.
• On-site role in Penang.

Responsibilities

• Owns critical high volume manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Conducts tests and measurements to control dimensions and defectivity of the process line.
• Recommends and implements modifications to improve production efficiency and output.
• Transfers technology to counterparts at global sites via training and audits.
• Owns maintenance and repair activities for equipment and modules of components.
• Drives continuous improvement of equipment and process KPIs (safety, quality, cost, productivity, defects, yield).
• Participates in ramping, installation, and qualification of tools to meet schedule and quality criteria.
• Ensures excursion prevention systems and detection of discrepant material or activities.
