Job summary

TrainLegal.Asia is seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive for a full-time, on-site role in Petaling Jaya. The position focuses on promoting training programs, generating leads, and building corporate client relationships.

Daily tasks include identifying prospects, outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, preparing proposals, and coordinating with the training team to tailor offerings. The role also covers marketing campaigns, social media management, webinar/event support, and performance

Qualifications

• Strong sales, client relationships and negotiation skills with target attainment.
• Experience in marketing planning, campaign execution and basic digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Bahasa Malaysia helpful.

Responsibilities

• Promote TrainLegal.Asia’s training programs and services to clients.
• Generate leads and build strong corporate client relationships.
• Identify prospects, conduct outreach via calls, emails and meetings.
• Prepare proposals and coordinate with training teams to tailor offerings.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media and digital channels.
• Support webinars and events, track performance metrics and optimize sales & marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and timely follow-ups.
