You will manage CMM/QC equipment calibration, GR&R, and drive root-cause investigations while mentoring QC technicians on GD&T and ISO/5S standards. Rotation shifts may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/quality field and strong GD&T knowledge.
• 5–7 years of quality control experience in precision engineering or manufacturing.
• Supervisory or management experience in QC operations.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily QC operations for incoming materials and final components.
• Lead FAI workflows, ensure tolerances and process capability.
• Manage CMM and QC equipment calibration, traceability logs, and GR&R.
• Mentor QC technicians on GD&T, measurement techniques, and ISO/5S standards.
