Job summary

TopPlant Laboratories Sdn Bhd, the country’s first stand-alone plant tissue production facility, is seeking a maintenance technician to inspect and maintain essential equipment and ensure M&E and plumbing systems operate to specification at our Lenggeng site.

Candidates should hold an SPM with Competent Chargeman A0 and have at least 3 years of hands-on building maintenance experience; on-site work and flexibility for FT/PT are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM with valid Competent Chargeman A0 certificate.
• At least 3 years' hands-on experience in building maintenance or related fields.
• Able to troubleshoot electrical problems and read electrical drawings and control schematics.
• Knowledge of M&E and plumbing systems.
• Experience in industrial automation is an advantage.
• Open to both full-time and part-time applicants.
• Willing to work on-site in Lenggeng, N.Sembilan.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain essential equipment as per daily checklist.
• Ensure all M&E systems operate within design specs.
• Monitor condition of equipment, premises, furniture, and fittings; report defects.
• Check plumbing systems to prevent leaks or blockages.
• Supervise and ensure quality, timely completion of work by contractors.
• Verify proper equipment operation after vendor maintenance or repairs.
