Job summary

TT Freight Group. Sdn. Bhd. in Port Klang is seeking a QC/Audit Assistant to ensure SOP compliance in warehouse and logistics operations on a site-based role. This position reports to QC Manager and offers opportunities for professional development and career growth.

You will conduct audits, review records, prepare Non-Compliance Reports, and collaborate with department heads to reduce errors, while maintaining safety and cargo integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, transport, audit, or operation.
• Able to write clear and simple reports.
• Good attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and handle pressure.
• Responsible, fair, and honest.
• Able to speak Mandarin, English, and Malay will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct SOP compliance audits for warehouse and delivery operations.
• Perform spot checks on receiving, sorting, loading, delivery, and POD processes.
• Investigate cargo damage, missing cargo, wrong delivery, and customer complaints.
• Review CCTV, system records, photos, POD, and handover documents.
• Prepare Non-Compliance Reports and corrective action follow-up.
• Work with department heads to reduce repeated mistakes.
• Submit weekly QC audit reports to management.
• Propose SOP improvements when necessary.
• Check incoming cargo condition, quantity, label, and photos.
• Monitor sorting, storage, and loading processes.
• Ensure cargo is loaded correctly according to driver, route, and delivery list.
• Check damaged cargo, missing cargo, wrong sorting, and abnormal cargo.
• Complete daily QC checklist.
• Report warehouse operation issues to QC Manager.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper cargo arrangement.
• Monitor driver handover, POD, and delivery-related issues.
