Job summary

EFG (ESL FACEIT Group) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking a Production Manager to drive end-to-end planning, leadership, and live execution of regional and global esports events and broadcasts. This role requires strong ownership of programs, budgets, vendor management, and cross-functional teamwork.

You will lead client meetings, coordinate with engineering and technical teams, and ensure timely delivery within budget.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in live event production management or related roles.
• Experience scoping live event projects and budgeting.
• Proven vendor management and external supplier oversight.
• Education or training in a related field.
• Proactive, autonomous project ownership and travel readiness.
• Willing to work flexible hours and travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Scope complex live event productions from scratch into end-to-end roadmaps.
• Build and manage production budgets and approvals.
• Own vendor relationships and lead RFP processes.
• Lead client meetings and communicate plans clearly.
• Enforce timelines across cross-functional teams.
• Maintain centralized project communications and documentation.
• Oversee on-site execution, rehearsals, shows and teardown.
• Support studio broadcasts and align schedules.
• Coordinate with Engineering for technical requirements.
• Conduct post-event debriefs and financial reporting.
