Incora Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Financial Controller to oversee accounting, financial reporting, controllership, and compliance for the Malaysia SSC. The role drives governance, balance sheet integrity, and regional regulatory adherence from an on-site base in Johor.

The candidate will mentor the finance team, lead close processes, and partner with Tax, Treasury, Legal, FP&A, Operations, HR, and IT on strategic initiatives, including finance transformation and ERP enhancements across RoW.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, MICPA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting, financial reporting, or controllership experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing accounting or finance teams.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, statutory reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience working across multiple countries, legal entities, and shared service center environments.
• Experience leading process improvement, finance transformation, or system implementation initiatives.
• Experience with ERP and financial consolidation systems (JDE, OneStream, GEAC, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Fluent English language skills. Mandarin language skill is a nice to have.

Responsabilidades

• Lead accounting, financial reporting, and controllership activities for the Malaysia SSC.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, local statutory requirements, and company accounting policies.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity, financial statement quality, and a strong internal control environment.
• Manage statutory reporting, external audits, and regulatory compliance across the region.
• Partner with Tax, Treasury, Legal, FP&A, Operations, HR, and IT teams on key business initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Malaysia SSC finance team.
• Drive process standardization, continuous improvement, and finance transformation initiatives.
• Support ERP enhancements, reporting tools, and automation projects across the RoW organization.
