Job summary

Victaulic in Johor Bahru is seeking a Finance Assistant to manage accounts payable, process supplier invoices and expense claims, and ensure timely payments. You will handle AP/AR, GL transactions, month-end close support, and assist with audits, reporting, and tax filings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; AP/AR or general accounting exposure advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with ability to analyse financial data.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Willing to work on-site full-time at Johor Bahru office.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, expense claims, and payments on time.
• Manage AP/AR and general ledger transactions.
