Job summary

Intellipro Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an After-Sales Commissioning Engineer/ Field Service Engineer to install, commission, and test industrial automation equipment at customer sites.

The role involves troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and on-site technical support to ensure optimal performance. The candidate will perform testing, calibration, and training for customers, while coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics or related field.
• Experience in equipment installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, servicing or maintenance.
• Willingness to travel and provide standby support; good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, set up, commission and test industrial automation equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, identify root causes and carry out necessary repairs to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform preventive maintenance, equipment servicing, upgrades and modifications when required.
• Conduct machine testing, calibration and performance optimisation to meet technical requirements.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Prepare service reports and communicate technical issues and improvement recommendations to the relevant teams.
• Coordinate with internal engineering and technical teams to resolve equipment issues efficiently.
• Support equipment testing, validation and customer acceptance activities.
• Travel to customer sites when required to provide on-site technical support.
