Aurecon is seeking a highly experienced Resident Engineer (Civil & Structural) to lead on-site engineering for industrial and institutional developments, including data centres. You will ensure design intent, quality, and timelines while coordinating with discipline leads and stakeholders.

The role requires a degree, BEM registration, and over a decade of supervision experience, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with AutoCAD/BIM. On-site work in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree and BEM Resident Engineer registration are required.
• 10+ years of civil and structural supervision experience in industrial/institutional projects.
• Strong knowledge of data centre construction, precast structures and structural steel.

Aufgaben

• Provide engineering solutions to site issues and coordinate with discipline leads.
• Oversee site activities and offer technical advice on construction and design matters.
• Review technical submissions and contractor drawings with project leads.
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors and supply chain for smooth execution.
• Monitor daily construction activities and conduct site inspections.
• Verify materials delivered meet specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain records of site activities, inspections and progress.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate inspections with stakeholders.
