Job summary

GUSS Genting Utilities & Services Sdn Bhd invites applications for a BO 11kV Chargeman based at Genting Highlands. The role covers maintenance and operation of 11kV switchgear, transformers and associated equipment, with responsibility for switching, faults, and safety compliance.

Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years' related experience, possess a BO 11kV certificate and a Competency Certificate in Electrical Chargeman BO, and be willing to base at Resort World Genting, Pahang.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related work experience.
• BO 11kV Certificate is required to be registered under Genting Utilities & Services Sdn Bhd.
• Competency Certificate in Electrical Chargeman BO (Energy Commission).
• Willing to base at Resort World Genting, Pahang; valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain switchgears, cables and transformers per legal and safety requirements.
• Plan and execute routine maintenance cycles; attend breakdowns during normal hours and standby.
• Execute replacement and refurbishment of plant equipment; procurement activities.
• Coordinate constructions for 11kV switchgears, cables and transformers including FAT and handover.
• Supervise switching, permit-to-work, and contractor activities until commissioning.
• Manage electrical supervisors and technicians; assist with metering and third-party billing.
