TYESO in Malaysia is seeking a creative on-camera Content Creator to develop engaging content that showcases our products and strengthens our brand across social media. You will plan topics, write scripts and captions, and participate in short-form video production.

Collaborating with the Videographer and Designer, you will adapt content for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, publish content, monitor engagement, and keep the content calendar on track.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, Multimedia, or related field.
• Experience in content creation, social media management, or short-form video production is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio and passion for content creation are welcome to apply.
• Creative, resourceful, and familiar with social media trends and content formats.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and participating in video production.
• Good writing skills for scripts, captions, and social media content.
• Familiarity with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut or similar applications is an advantage.
• Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Able to work collaboratively with videographers, designers, and other internal teams.
• Able to manage multiple content tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good command of Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Aufgaben

• Plan content topics and ideas based on platform trends, product benefits, customer interests, and everyday product use cases.
• Develop creative concepts for short-form videos, product showcases, promotional content, and brand storytelling.
• Write video scripts, social media captions, hooks, and other content copy.
• Identify relevant trends, trending formats, and content opportunities that align with TYESO's brand identity.
• Maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content production.
• Appear on camera and participate in short-form video production, product demonstrations, and other content activities.
• Work closely with the Videographer and Designer to develop and complete content according to project requirements.
• Coordinate content production timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Adapt content into different formats and versions suitable for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Ensure all content follows TYESO's brand guidelines and approved messaging.
• Manage and publish approved content across TYESO's social media accounts.
• Ensure captions, visuals, videos, tags, and other publishing details are accurate before posting.
• Follow the internal content approval process before publishing.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and content quality across platforms.
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions to support brand engagement.
• Route product enquiries, order-related questions, and customer complaints to the Customer Service team.
• Forward partnership invitations, collaboration proposals, and influencer-related enquiries to the Marketing Executive.
• Track content performance, including views, reach, engagement, and audience feedback.
• Identify successful content formats, topics, and presentation styles.
• Recommend improvements to content ideas, scripts, hooks, and creative approaches based on performance insights.
• Monitor social media trends and audience preferences to continuously improve content effectiveness.
• Prepare regular content performance updates and contribute ideas for future content planning.
