Qualifications

• Offshore supervisor with multi-disciplinary team oversight.
• Certified offshore safety training (BOSIET/HUET/OPITO) required.
• Proven ability to manage safety, environment, and reliability in high-hazard settings.
• Strong communication across onshore and offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise offshore crew and contractors to meet daily targets.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary activities across maintenance, drilling, and marine teams.
• Lead safety briefings, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Prepare handovers and ensure compliant operations 24/7.
