Job summary

TOTAL Deutschland GmbH in Malaysia seeks an experienced Field Operations Lead to coordinate FOPS activities and ensure continuous offshore production. You will oversee the production dashboard, CMS procedure development, Integrated Operations Planning (IOP) and SOX reporting to strengthen governance.

You will liaise with Assets, Planning, Subsurface, Construction and Development teams, as well as JV partners and regulators.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree or equivalent with minimum 15 years of offshore oil & gas operations experience.
3–5 years in an OIM offshore position and at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
Ability to synthesize information and influence stakeholders to achieve practical solutions.

Responsibilities

Coordinate Field Operations (FOPS) activities and custodianship of the production dashboard.
Oversee CMS procedure development, Integrated Operations Planning (IOP) and SOX reporting.
Oversee asset integrity activities, production wells, and field operations contracts.
Ensure compliance, audits, regulatory inspections, and readiness support requests.
Interface between production operations and Assets, Planning, Subsurface, Construction and Development, plus external partners.
