Job summary

Borr Drilling is seeking a dedicated HR professional to serve as the first point of contact for offshore personnel assigned to designated rigs. You will support the OIM and Rig Manager on logistics, personnel movements, and HR matters, focusing on timely mobilisations and certification compliance.

The role covers payroll, benefits administration, induction, visa applications, and collaboration with national and international agencies.

Qualifications

• Valid offshore survival and pre-mobilisation certs (BOSIET, MIST, CA-EBS).
• Experience in Logistics/Crew Management incl. visa processes.
• Fluency in English, strong written and spoken.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive info.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate offshore crew changes and travel per policy.
• Maintain accurate personnel files and payroll/benefits data.
• Support OIM and Rig Manager on disciplinary matters.
• Conduct HR inductions and on-call cover as required.
• Assist with recruitment events and visa applications.
