Job summary

Borr Drilling is seeking an HR professional to act as the first contact for offshore personnel across rigs. You will support the OIM and Rig Manager on logistics, manpower movements, and HR matters, ensuring timely mobilization offshore and certification validity.

Role covers payroll, benefits, induction, policy communication, and coordinating with agencies for crew changes, while maintaining compliance with training and audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Valid offshore survival and pre-mobilisation certification (ie BOSIET, MIST, CA-EBS, etc.)
• Achieved or working towards CIPD membership or local equivalent
• Experience in Logistics/Crew Management including Visa application processes
• Excellent communication skills: Fluency in written and spoken English required
• Competent using HRIS and MS Office
• Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail while working in a complex, challenging environment to tight deadlines
• Demonstrate commitment to Company Management Systems and support initiatives for continuous improvements
• Maintain confidentiality of Company and personnel information
• Highly effective employee engagement both internal & external; drive high performance and lead through example
• Demonstrate a professional attitude at all times while dealing with a wide range of people in all communications
• Proficient problem-solving skills; demonstrate ability to evaluate problems from differing viewpoint

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for offshore personnel for designated rig(s).
• Support OIM and Rig Manager with new hire, promotions, demotions and transfers
• Provide HR induction and on-call cover; coordinate leave requests and general HR queries
• Payroll administration for offshore crews and benefits administration aligned with practices
• Maintain HR policies, ensure certification renewals, and liaise with agencies for crew supply
• Mobilise/demobilise personnel and manage visa applications per regional requirements
• Coordinate travel, meetings with local agents, and support audits
