Elsa Talent Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Deck Crew member for offshore facilities in Malaysia.

The role involves carrying out deck duties, rigging and lifting tasks, inspections, and supporting crane operations to maintain safe, orderly offshore work sites. Mandatory qualifications include 5+ years as offshore deck crew, rigging inspection experience, and required safety certificates (PTW, Offshore Medical, BOSIET).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Deck Crew on an offshore facility.
• Experience in rigging and lifting equipment inspection.
• Possess Offshore Pedestal Crane Operator Course Level 2.
• Hold a recognized educational certificate or equivalent industry certificate.
• Hold valid PTW Training from PETRONAS/other Operator.
• Hold valid Offshore Medical and BOSIET certificates.
• Hold valid Damage Control Team or Emergency Response Team training.

Responsibilities

• Carry out deck crew duties and support daily offshore operations.
• Perform rigging and lifting activities in accordance with approved procedures and safety requirements.
• Conduct inspection of rigging and lifting equipment and report any defects or unsafe conditions.
• Support offshore crane and lifting operations as required.
• Ensure deck areas, equipment, and materials are maintained in a safe and orderly condition.
• Comply with Permit to Work (PTW), HSE, and other applicable offshore operational requirements.
• Participate in emergency response activities as assigned.
• Perform other duties related to deck operations as directed by the relevant supervisor.
